
Senior Sales Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to oversee the entire closing process of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders, manage funding procedures, and adhere to industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including client onboarding, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute effective strategies for generating and converting leads.
- Pitch projects and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate data entry and client follow-through in CRM activities.
- Coordinate client logistics, such as site visits or meetings.
- SUPERVISE a team of tele callers, focusing on productivity and quality control.
- Review daily reports from callers, escalating issues as needed.
- Submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the management team.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and personalized service.
- Proven experience in sales, client handling, or tele calling (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to work on-site roles and adapt to changing demands.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and client-centric mindset.
