Job Opportunity

The primary role of the Guest Services Coordinator is to provide exceptional service to students, faculty members, and guests. This involves managing front desk operations, addressing guest inquiries, handling student accommodation concerns, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Ensure that all interactions with guests are professional, courteous, and informative.
  • Student Communication & Support: Liaise between students and administration for hostel-related queries, address facility complaints, and coordinate resolution with student welfare/administration teams.
  • Accommodation Management: Manage bookings, check-in, and check-out processes, ensure rooms meet hospitality standards, and address any accommodation issues promptly.
  • Facility Maintenance: Monitor upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of hostel facilities, coordinate maintenance and security teams, and report property-related issues for timely resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation related to hostel occupancy, assist in preparing reports on student/guest satisfaction and property maintenance, and support institute events by coordinating guest arrivals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate degree in Hospitality, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, or facility management (preferably in an educational institution or hospitality sector).
  • Experience in handling student accommodation/hostel management will be advantageous.
