**Executive Assistant to the Supervisory Board Role Summary:**

This is a prestigious and dynamic position that combines executive assistance with high-end lifestyle management, providing exceptional support to the office of the Supervisory Board.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional from the hospitality or luxury services industry, bringing refined skills, attention to detail, and client-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and personal/professional appointments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Handle communication workflows – calls, emails, correspondence, and internal/external stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, and hospitality services.
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements, including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Ensure high-quality hospitality and protocol standards for VIP guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Background in hospitality with experience leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience (EA background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle dynamic priorities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
