Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

  • Drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training, and support HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
