Lead HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in the areas of hire to retire cycle, OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Absence Management.

They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of HCM Cloud solutions
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM implementation and management
  • Expertise in one or more of the following modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, Benefits
  • Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with clients in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal drive, flexibility, and team player mentality
