Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Expertise
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in a functional role for HCM applications.
    • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Implementation Experience
    • Must have successfully completed minimum of 2-3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation.
    • Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proven experience configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
