HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HCM implementation professional to provide technical and functional consulting services for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on Fusion, exposure to EBS, and a deep understanding of process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance for HCM implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver HCM solutions.
  • Expertise in writing and debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consulting.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Expertise in at least 3 HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and implement best practices for effective techno-functional support.
