Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in payroll to lead end-to-end implementations, configure the payroll module, and develop Fast Formulas.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on payroll, completed multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, and hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure the payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in payroll.
  • Implementation expertise: Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Fast Formula knowledge: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-solving skills: Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills: Interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.
