Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in functional areas of work with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence, OTL, and other modules.

">

The successful candidate will be proficient in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, have a good understanding of Fast Formulas, and possess working experience in another module apart from Absence and OTL. They should also have the ability to understand client requirements and map them with delivered features of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Proficiency in identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to clients">
  • Estimation of work for vanilla implementation and personalizations/work-arounds, reports/integrations/enhancements">
  • Client presentations and demos for some modules">
  • Understanding client support needs and delivery models that suit the client">
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution">
  • Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed">
  • Mentoring and guidance to the project team, quality tracking, and team feedback">
  • Status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients">
  • Coordination with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at industry-leading solutions for clients">
