Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud HCM Technical Expert to lead our team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts in providing day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement enhancements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for the team's reference
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Suite releases and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of cloud-based systems and software development is essential.
