Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Implementation Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our programs at schools across Hyderabad, working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure smooth and impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to ensure effective collaboration and program success.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from teachers and management to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schoolorganizations to support business development activities.
  • Any other support required to build business and brand image.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program implementation, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop reports to inform program improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
