Program Coordinator for Life Skills

We strive to equip students with essential life skills through tailored programs that emphasize critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and adaptability.

The role of the Program Coordinator involves overseeing the successful implementation of our life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad. You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program rollout.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality programs that meet the needs of students, teachers, and parents.
  • Work closely with school stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and address any concerns or challenges that may arise during implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  3. Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  4. Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  5. 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
  6. Must be located in a commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India.
