Life Skills Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of life skills programs at schools in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee program execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and academics to facilitate effective program implementation.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for educators and students.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from participating schools.
- Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during program implementation.
- Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) content management and initial troubleshooting for schools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating educational programs and implementing similar initiatives in schools.
- Willingsness to travel to assigned locations for program execution and support activities.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
Desirable Additional Skills:
- Background in life skills education or related fields.
- Experience working with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with the Indian education system.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
