Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to assume responsibility for coordinating with local NGOs, building partnerships with government stakeholders, conducting city-level consultation workshops, managing project finances, leading monitoring and report writing for the team, and developing and implementing programs in select slums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with local NGOs to ensure quality outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders
  • Organize and conduct city-level consultation workshops
  • Manage project finances and track expenses
  • Lead monitoring and reporting efforts for the team
  • Develop and implement programs in select slums

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in climate resilience or related fields
  • Strong government liaison and networking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, budgeting, and report writing
  • Graduate/Master's degree preferred
  • Background in gender and women's leadership (desirable)
