Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Curriculum Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a proven track record of successfully implementing curricula in educational settings.
The Curriculum Implementation Specialist will be responsible for mentoring and guiding teachers to ensure effective curriculum implementation, as well as providing ongoing support and training to ensure the successful execution of academic programs across centres. This role involves close collaboration with centre teams, departmental meetings, and the development of system-wide early childhood curricular objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with centre teams to ensure smooth and effective centre operations.
- Attending departmental meetings to address health and safety, facilities, operations, and human resource issues.
- Ensuring all prep schools implement the curriculum according to established guidelines and parameters.
- Providing academic support through curriculum implementation monitoring, lesson plan approvals, student observations, and assessment oversight.
- Developing system-wide early childhood curricular objectives, including implementation and evaluation plans.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proven experience in curriculum implementation and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
