Curriculum Manager Role Overview

NxtWave is seeking a seasoned Curriculum Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of our CCBP 4.0 program.

The successful candidate will have experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

This role requires excellent organizational abilities, data-driven problem-solving, and proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and student success, with a basic understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Deployment: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for curriculum rollout, updates, and maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality benchmarks and conduct regular audits of curriculum materials to ensure they meet NxtWave's standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline curriculum delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with curriculum developers, technical teams, and instructors to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to support curriculum operations and meet delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
