Job Description

As a Curriculum Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of educational programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient implementation of curriculum across various programs, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and standardize operational processes that support seamless curriculum deployment and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and strong project management skills.

Additionally, you should have experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deploy high-quality curriculum materials.
  • Work with external partners to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
