Chief Curriculum Architect

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient delivery of curriculum across the CCBP 4.0 program.
We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of curriculum from development to retirement, including version control and updates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for curriculum rollout, updates, and maintenance.
- Create efficient workflows for curriculum deployment across different learning platforms and formats.
- Establish quality benchmarks and conduct regular audits of curriculum materials to ensure they meet high standards.
Apart from these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to track key operational metrics, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on operational insights and learner feedback.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive curriculum excellence and ensure seamless delivery to learners.
You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of curriculum needs, preferences, and pain points to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
