Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Program Management Specialist to oversee strategic initiatives across IT and non-IT domains. This role demands exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects with varying sizes and complexities across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Developing methodologies, creating templates, and establishing best practices for program governance.
  • Maintaining the Knowledge Management System (KMS) and identifying, assessing, and tracking program risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Supervising project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with proven experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
