Workflow Implementation

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform performance.

Monitor daily operations of the Zendesk platform, addressing abnormalities promptly.

Collaboration and Training

Train end-users and provide ongoing support to improve user experience and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and efficiency.

Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing workflows in Zendesk.
