Job Description:
- Implement ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Lens (OCR) and AI Agents.
- Contract/entitlement uploads and software provisioning workflows.
- Managing restricted/certified software and Strong HAM/SAM implementation expertise.
- ITAM integrations including SCCM, JAMF etc.
