Key Responsibilities- Handle multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chats) efficiently.
- Log details of all incidents and problems using standard reporting methods.
- Provide first-line fixes or escalate problems to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems, MS Office, Active Directory, VPN, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
