**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Coordinate the communication for critical incidents
- Deliver a first solution on call for easy Incidents / Service Requests
- Dispatch tickets if they cannot be solved directly. Do the complete documentation and categorization to ensure appropriate handover to 2nd Level Support.
- Ensure a Service Level based delivery of Solutions
- Identify recurring issues that could be resolved by implementing changes (e.g. if the same cases occur frequently)
- Assist in increasing the content quality within our Knowledge database
- Strong communications skills & experience around Workplace Clients mainly Windows & Standard Office Applications like O365.

**Desirable**
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Understanding and adapting internal customer requirements
- Consulting and training of standard Office solutions
- Process documentation skills
- Good Trouble Shooting skills

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
