Job Description

We collaborate with clients to enhance their recruitment and onboarding processes by leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules. Your responsibilities will include requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will also study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features, ensuring seamless integration of ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central.

In addition, you will develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules. This may involve creating project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
