Streamline Data Migration with Technical Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team and drive the successful migration of our clients from legacy platforms to our cutting-edge data architecture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in data migrations, pipeline development, data transformation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success during migration
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management
  • Utilize core stack technologies: AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in customer migration (>20), specifically transforming data to onboard customers into software/solutions
  • Proven track record in data engineering roles, with a focus on migration and data transformation
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to an asynchronous culture
