Job Purpose and ObjectivesThis role will focus exclusively on managing IT, Digital / Technical requirements for large corporations and startups, enabling them to make informed decisions.
An individual must own and manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates for IT positions, leveraging market insights to tailor your recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment, utilizing data-driven decision making.
- Source candidates as per client requirement and strategies, maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure efficient candidate management throughout the hiring process and minimize backouts, focusing on candidate experience and satisfaction.
- Database Management:
- Update and share designated dashboards in a timely manner, providing real-time visibility into recruitment metrics and performance.
- Maintain 100% compliance with internal ATS and tools, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Networking:
- Establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels, fostering relationships and building trust.
- Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights through networking activities, staying ahead of the curve.
- Promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates, highlighting career growth opportunities and employee benefits.
- Self-Learning & Others:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry, participating in ongoing professional development and training.
- Invest in self-learning that impacts revenue, productivity, and profitability, applying knowledge and skills to drive business results.
- Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, regularly assessing recruitment processes and looking for areas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of managing recruitment, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends, staying current with industry developments and advancements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging technology to streamline recruitment processes.
