Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain extensive employer networks to ensure successful placement outcomes.
  • Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to facilitate connections between students and potential employers.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to align student skills with market demands and ensure they are adequately prepared for the workforce.
  • Manage accurate records of employer databases, track placement outcomes, and provide regular MIS reports to stakeholders.
  • Pursue opportunities for cross-sector placements to enhance student employability and maximize their career prospects.
  • Establish retention and feedback mechanisms to strengthen employer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate or MBA holder with 4–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong industry network in South India, preferably with existing connections in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and allied sectors.
  • Open to candidates from HR/Recruitment Consulting or Placement Aggregator backgrounds who can leverage their expertise to drive successful placements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with employers and students.
  • Target-driven with proven ability to meet placement commitments and deliver results-oriented outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting to create and analyze data-driven insights.
