Key Responsibilities
  • Lead placement initiatives for trainees and ensure industry absorption.
  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry partners across Finance, Consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, placement days, and corporate panels.

The role demands strong communication and networking skills, the ability to negotiate and present effectively, a result-oriented mindset to build industry–academia ties, and willingness for travel and performance-driven goals.
