Physiotherapy Leadership Opportunity

The hospital seeks a highly experienced and accomplished Physiotherapist to lead its physiotherapy team, providing academic and administrative guidance while ensuring excellence in teaching, clinical practice, research, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Excellence:
    • Develop and implement academic programs that meet international standards.
    • Oversee curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
    • Guide faculty in research, publication, and conference participation.
    • Foster effective clinical training and integration with healthcare services.
  • Department Management:
    • Supervise day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
    • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
    • Manage resources, infrastructure, and budget effectively.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain high-quality records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
    • Facilitate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
    • Monitor and improve quality of care and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build partnerships with healthcare institutions and universities.
    • Organize workshops, conferences, and events to enhance learning exposure.
    • Engage with parents, students, and alumni to strengthen institutional reputation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MPT / Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (specialization desirable in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-respiratory).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of teaching/clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a Professor/Head role.
