Job Title: Business Growth Leader Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with spearheading the sales funnel and driving sales closure. Your focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets through a team of 6 to 10 designers. This entails owning the sales process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the sales funnel to drive sales closure and achieve sales targets
  • Leading a team of 6 to 10 designers to achieve sales targets
  • Ensuring effective management of the sales funnel to increase conversion rates
  • Targeting and achieving 12 to 15 projects per month through new project bookings
  • Responsible for customer experience and relationship management
  • Training designers to ensure they meet sales targets and enable them to achieve their goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors' qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, Masters/any Specialization/MBA Tier 2 required. Minimum 5+ years of work experience in business development and growth, with 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales.
