Agile Delivery Expert

Are you an expert in guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions? We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate our agile teams and ensure they adhere to Agile principles.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to play a crucial role in our agile teams. As a Sr Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team follows Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure the team is following Agile best practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
  • Promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a healthcare or related domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure-Devops, or similar.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
