Sr. Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead

The Agile Delivery Manager is a strategic planning and coordination lead supporting the CIO organization. This role serves as the connective tissue across and delivery teams aligned to one or more business value streams, enabling effective quarterly Agile planning, visibility into cross-functional progress, and delivery alignment with business priorities.
Functioning as a Release Engineer / Agile Program Lead, the Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for orchestrating planning cadences, tracking delivery performance, and surfacing blockers and risks, without owning execution or requiring deep product/domain expertise. This role ensures that delivery teams are well-supported, aligned, and positioned to meet their quarterly goals with predictability and discipline.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Process Optimization within the CIO Strategy & Operations organization, the Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for enabling delivery coordination and planning discipline across one or more value streams within the CIO portfolio. This role supports Agile quarterly planning, initiative tracking, and cross-team dependency management across hybrid Agile-SDLC delivery teams. The Agile Delivery Manager partners closely with product managers, tecnical leads, and delivery stakeholders to facilitate integrated planning, manage delivery risks, and ensure progress is visible and aligned to business priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Agile delivery operations, strong facilitation skills, and a systems mindset focused on improving delivery health, visibility, and consistency across complex portfolios.
What you'll be doing
Planning & Delivery Coordination
Lead and facilitate quarterly Agile planning across a value stream, ensuring shared understanding of scope, priorities, dependencies, and ownership.
Coordinate cross-team milestone tracking and progress checkpoints throughout the quarter.
Reinforce hybrid Agile-SDLC delivery practices and ensure planning artifacts and cadence routines are consistently followed.
Risk & Dependency Management
Track planned initiatives and monitor delivery progress using Jira and aligned metrics.
Identify, coordinate, and resolve inter-team dependencies to reduce delivery friction.
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums or cross-team syncs as needed to maintain alignment, surface risks, and unblock progress.
Escalate blockers and delivery gaps to EDA leadership with actionable context and recommendations.
Governance & Value Alignment
Support OKR alignment and ensure work contributes to measurable value delivery by quarter-end.
Produce clear, data-driven reports on initiative health and delivery status for leaders and stakeholders.
Drive consistency in planning hygiene, metrics usage, and delivery reporting across teams.
Champion a culture of delivery enablement and continuous improvement.
What you bring to the role
Required Skills8+ years of experience in Agile program coordination, delivery operations, or enterprise planning roles.
Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hybrid Agile-SDLC delivery environments.
Demonstrated success coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and related Agile planning/reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Roadmaps, Atlassian Align).
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to manage complex plans, track delivery metrics, and support risk identification and mitigation.
Agile certifications, such as:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP or ICP-APO)
Experience working with data, analytics and/or customer experience teams.
Familiarity with value stream–aligned operating models.
Prior experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, or cross-team Agile ceremonies.
Exposure to regulated IT environments with SDLC planning controls and delivery compliance requirements.
The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł211,000.00-zł317, Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors.
