Job Opportunity: Finance Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our F&A delivery team at the AVP level. This role will be responsible for driving transformation, client satisfaction, and people development across R2R, P2P, and I2C.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting operations, with experience managing teams of 70–150 professionals. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing delivery of F&A services across multiple locations.
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.

Required qualifications include:

  • Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate or postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
  • Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs.
  • Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.

Preferred industry background includes financial services, retail brokerage, or BPO/consulting firms managing large-scale F&A portfolios. Prior experience in handling US-based clients in a high-compliance environment is also desirable.
