Lead Financial Executive

The company seeks an experienced finance leader to head its financial operations in India.

This executive will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of periodic financial reports and month-to-month analysis, ensuring that financial reporting procedures are aligned with corporate standards.

A key member of the leadership team, this individual will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
  • Collaborate with corporate to grow the finance function in India and align with global finance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and internal controls.
  • Participate in special projects to drive business growth.

Required skills include a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership, with experience working in a multi-site environment. A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required, including experience managing a full-cycle accounting team.
