We empower doctors to drive better health outcomes for their patients through our assistive-AI powered EMR software. Our large doctor base and geographic reach make us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize care in Indian healthcare.

We leverage de-identified data to provide market trends and real-world insights to pharmaceutical clients, improving their marketing communication and providing a digital marketing platform for them to drive doctor engagement.

Key Focus:

  • In pursuit of continuous improvement and exponential growth, we are undergoing a digital transformation journey to build a scalable finance function.
  • To support this effort, we seek a leader who will transform finance processes via automation and standardization.
  • This leader will focus on eliminating manual work and improving processes by identifying and implementing state-of-the-art technology to support record-to-report and order-to-cash operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing end-to-end finance record-to-report and order-to-pay processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Prioritizing identified opportunities and developing a plan for delivery.
  • Working with stakeholders to implement controls, automation, and/or process changes.
  • Supporting agile implementation of finance process automation, highlighting risks/issues and supporting mitigation/resolution.
  • Aligning, delivering, and reporting progress on key process KPIs.
  • Managing stakeholders to understand their requests, determine criticality, assess change impacts, and drive implementation.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, eliminate unnecessary work, and automate manual processes to solve operational issues and drive standardization where possible.
