Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Contract Specialist to manage the tendering and contracting process for our commercial and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 7-8 years of experience in the field. Key responsibilities include:
- Costing and estimation works for HVAC systems
- Pre-award and post-award tendering activities
- Value engineering proposals and client interfacing
- Interfacing with cross-functional teams and business presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7-8 years of experience in HVAC contracting and tendering
