Art Director

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience-centric design and be able to build and inspire a high-performing creative team. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that connect with the public at large, driving innovation and skill development within the team, and maintaining high standards of inter-department coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design Acumen: Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and quality-focused delivery
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Inspire teams, set benchmarks, and foster a positive work culture
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of design trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools
  • Customer Focus: Prioritise client needs, adapt to feedback, and ensure satisfaction
  • Planning & Organisation: Effective time, task, and resource management
  • Communication Skills: Clear articulation of ideas to both internal teams and clients, with strong presentation skills
