  • Lead conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Define and maintain brand design direction while ensuring adherence to quality and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure designs enhance message adoption and audience engagement across mediums.

Campaign development involves overseeing creative delivery, guidelines and processes for digital, outdoor, print, and integrated campaigns.

  • Manage the development of large-scale mass campaigns with a strong visual and cultural impact.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite expertise to produce high-quality design templates.

Account management includes understanding and implementing brand-specific design strategies, representing the creative vision in client meetings and communications and collaborating with social media, development and content teams to align creative execution.

  • Gather client feedback and proactively address quality or strategic adjustments.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for building, mentoring and motivating a capable and independent creative team, driving innovation, skill development and collaborative processes within the team and planning, prioritising and tracking team projects to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and work closely with HR to support team growth.

Maintaining high standards of inter-department coordination is crucial for timely delivery and resource optimisation without compromising quality.
