Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Creative Visionary to lead our team in developing innovative design solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Develop a replicable template framework, drive design simplicity, and define brand direction.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee large-scale campaign execution, leverage Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Account & Client Management: Represent the creative vision, collaborate with internal teams, and facilitate client feedback.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and motivate a capable team, drive innovation, and prioritize projects for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in leading high-impact campaigns, possess strong audience-centric design skills, and demonstrate effective leadership abilities. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.

This is a contractual position for 12 months, requiring the ideal candidate to work from office in Mohali/Chandigarh. A deep understanding of local nuances, culture, and language is necessary to ensure creative work resonates with the regional audience.
