Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our design team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving creative direction, developing innovative solutions, and setting a benchmark for impactful campaigns.


About the Role

This role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise across various mediums, including digital, outdoor, print, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of large-scale, high-impact campaigns, a deep understanding of audience-centric design, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.


Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Direction
    • Develop replicable templates for regional adaptation.
    • Participate in brand strategy discussions and brainstorms to shape creative vision.
    • Lead conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Campaign Development
    • Oversee creative delivery, guidelines, and processes for digital, outdoor, print, and integrated campaigns.
    • Manage the development of large-scale mass campaigns with a strong visual and cultural impact.
  • Account & Client Management
    • Represent the creative vision in client meetings and communications.
    • Collaborate with social media, development, and content teams to align creative execution.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Build, mentor, and motivate a capable and independent creative team.
    • Drive innovation, skill development, and collaborative processes within the team.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
