Job Description:

As a Chief Technical Architect, you will work closely with leadership, product owners, and engineering teams to define technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture design for MERN Stack applications with TypeScript
  • Drive GenAI & Agent Framework adoption into core product capabilities
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and performance best practices
  • Collaborate with product leadership to align technical vision with business goals
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams to scale technical excellence
  • Own system design for microservices, serverless computing, and cloud-native deployments (AWS)
  • Oversee integration with external systems, APIs, and advanced AI components
  • Anticipate future technology trends and integrate them into the product

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture leadership
  • Expert in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, TypeScript
  • Proven experience in GenAI, Agent Frameworks, or AI-driven systems
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and serverless computing
  • Deep understanding of system scalability, performance optimization, and security
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams
