Job Title: Creative Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary creative leader to drive design excellence, shape creative vision, and set a benchmark for impactful campaigns. The key success in this role will be setting up design simplicity and developing replicable templates for regional adaptation, enabling execution teams to build localised campaigns with consistency and impact.

This role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise across digital, outdoor, print, and other mediums. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of large-scale, high-impact campaigns, a deep understanding of audience-centric design, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Direction:
    • Drive design simplicity and develop replicable templates for regional adaptation.
    • Participate in brand strategy discussions and brainstorms to shape creative vision.
    • Lead conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
    • Define and maintain brand design direction while ensuring adherence to quality and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure designs enhance message adoption and audience engagement across mediums.
  • Campaign Development:
    • Oversee creative delivery, guidelines and processes for digital, outdoor, print, and integrated campaigns.
    • Manage the development of large-scale mass campaigns with a strong visual and cultural impact.
    • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW expertise to produce high-quality design templates.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and building high-performing creative teams. Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential for effective collaboration and communication. Knowledge of written Punjabi is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
