Art Director Role Overview">

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead our creative team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving design excellence and setting a benchmark for impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of large-scale, high-impact campaigns and a deep understanding of audience-centric design. You will be expected to build and inspire a high-performing creative team and drive innovation, skill development, and collaborative processes within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop replicable templates for regional adaptation and participate in brand strategy discussions to shape creative vision.
  • Lead conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Define and maintain brand design direction while ensuring adherence to quality and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure designs enhance message adoption and audience engagement across mediums.

  • Design Acumen: Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and quality-focused delivery.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Inspire teams, set benchmarks, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of design trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritise client needs, adapt to feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Planning & Organisation: Effective time, task, and resource management.
  • Communication Skills: Clear articulation of ideas to both internal teams and clients, with strong presentation skills.
