Our success hinges on effective category management, which serves as a key growth driver.

We are currently seeking an experienced Online Category Head for Pharma to lead one or more subcategories within our organization. This is an in-office role, with the location options being either Mumbai or Gurgaon.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Pharma space
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in business units, category management, or brand/product management roles
  • Experience working with top brands/OEMs in the healthcare sector
  • The ability to drive strategic partnerships with sellers/OEMs
  • Establishing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the market
  • A growth mindset focused on both high growth and market share
  • Interfacing with CXOs, senior leadership, and channel heads to drive overall vision and omnichannel execution of the category
  • The proven ability to scale a category from 10X to 1000X
  • Full P&L ownership
  • Hands-on experience
  • In-depth understanding of both demand and supply sides of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Ability to build sustainable, resilient, yet hyper-scale businesses
  • Defining org structure and building/nurturing a team of high performers
