Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization in a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle in the people function.

This includes managing budgets, providing analytical insights for decision-making, tracking targets and productivity for the people team, and governing financial controls of people overheads.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cycle of 3-year, 1-year, and other key planning cycles in the people team.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.

In addition, the role holder will be responsible for target setting and cascading for the organization and partnering with key business stakeholders to drive rewards philosophy and merit cycle for the region.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for the region – policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1-year plan management.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics for the people team.
  • Design and manage organizational structures, including workforce planning and talent management.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team.
  • Bring in best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Rewards/ PMO/ Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Fast-mover, quick to adapt with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
