Role Description
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Presales Executive – Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, handling customer queries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a voice-based process requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and forward them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information and call status.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely escalation of high-interest cases.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if required).
- Prior experience in a voice process, telesales, or presales role preferred (6 months to 2 years).
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in real estate or home interiors industry is a plus.
In-hand Salary budget- upto Rs 35000 per month.
