Job Title : Presales Executive Location : Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru Employment Type : Full-time Working Days : 6 days a week ( No Weekend Off ) Office Hours : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Roles & Responsibilities – Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client enquiries and share project details. – Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, lead qualification, and site visits. – Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits. – Provide accurate and timely reports on lead status and presales activities. – Maintain updated client records and interactions in CRM/LMS tools. – Support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination with prospective buyers. – Share project information via calls, emails, and Whats App to engage clients effectively. – Stay updated on ongoing projects, competitors, and industry trends to better assist clients. Key Skills & Requirements Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years of experience in presales or telecalling. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Customer-centric approach with good interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/LMS tools.
