Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Cold Calling Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Shift time: US Shift Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply) Industry: US Accounting Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients through outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are a must. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers across specified industries. Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads. Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed call notes and lead statuses. Follow-up on leads through email or phone as required. Set appointments or product demos for the sales team. Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Understand the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. Provide feedback on call scripts and campaign performance for optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling, presales, or lead generation preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
