Job Title: Lead Generation Team LeadExperience Required: 10 YearsLocation: Bengaluru Department: Marketing - Lead GenerationJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to spearhead our global lead generation initiatives. With 10 years of experience in the ITES sector, the ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts and specialists to drive qualified leads across international markets. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on expertise with lead generation tools, and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the lead generation team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Develop and implement scalable lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.Oversee the use of tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo for lead sourcing.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns across digital channels.Monitor and optimize lead funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates).Ensure CRM data integrity and manage enrichment processes (Salesforce, Dynamics 365).Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with customized lead lists and engagement plans.Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.10 years of experience in lead generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within ITES/BPO.Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of global data compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC.Exposure to RPA, cloud services, or digital transformation solutions.Experience in handling a team of Lead Gen and Research Analysts.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Global exposure and career advancement opportunities.Hybrid work model with flexible hours.Access to learning platforms and certification programs.Inclusive and collaborative work culture.
