Role: Lead Generation Specialist Background: IT Services / Digital Agency experience preferred Location: Kolkata (On-site - Only candidates from Kolkata should apply) Reporting to: Founders and Leadership Team Experience: 3 to 6 years Language: Excellent English communication (written and verbal) Compensation: Up to 30k + On Target Earnings (Based on experience and qualifications) Timing: UK Shift Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can build predictable pipelines through cold email outreach, marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience generating leads for IT services or digital agencies and is excellent at campaign execution, sequencing, targeting, list building, and funnel tracking. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Execute cold email outreach campaigns end-to-end Build targeting lists and ICP-based lead databases Create and optimise multi-step email sequences for conversions Manage outreach tools and inboxes to ensure high delivery & reply rates Marketing & Growth Activities Run Meta Ads and other paid campaigns for lead generation Lead nurturing through email automation and retargeting funnels Research industries, ICPs, and competitors to improve targeting Support the creation of landing pages, lead magnets, and cold assets CRM & Reporting Maintain CRM hygiene and lead movement stages Track campaign metrics - delivery, open, reply, booked calls, conversion Share weekly dashboards with clear outcomes and learnings Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in Lead Generation / B2B Growth Mandatory experience working with IT Services / Digital Agency / SaaS Strong knowledge of cold email tools, sequencing, and deliverability Experience with LinkedIn outreach and database building tools Comfortable running Meta Ads or similar paid campaigns Proficient with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Basic understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting metrics Experience with Upwork or bidding platforms Desired Attributes Highly execution-driven - strong follow-up and ownership Analytical mindset with good experimentation instincts Detail-oriented - precision in target lists and campaign setup Organized - can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment Success Metrics Number of qualified meetings generated monthly Cost per lead (CPL) / Cost per opportunity (CPO) Strong conversion from outreach to booked appointments High email deliverability + reply rates + show-ups Timely and accurate CRM reporting Why Join Us?
